Pick up and drop off was smooth. The car was in mint condition and had a full tank. Plus, it rides well. Unfortunately we had an incident, yet Sasha was so understanding and kind, she’s definitely a great host.

Sasha was super responsive and attentive, the car was clean and well maintained and pick up and drop off were a breeze. Highly recommend if you need a car while in hot springs!

The host was great to work with. Only thing is the passenger side mirror is broken and slightly annoying to have to either exit the car and fix manually or roll the passenger side windows down and reach out and fix manually. Also, it states 45mpg and I was only able to get 25mpg and 99% of my trip was highway mileage. Besides that it was as expected.
