I wasn’t given the lock box code to the vehicle I had to ask I can provide how many times I asked so I had to call her…and said I thought I provided it..then when I return the vehicle I couldnt remember the code so I texted her no response…so I had to call her again…so to me it was done on purpose…so I will never rent from her again…

However, the code usually populates 15 minutes before the trip start once your license is verified. We are truly sorry that we missed your message initially and you had to call to get the code.
