We had such a great experience with Michelle and her BMW X5. Not only did she help me along every step of the process but she was super accommodating and understanding of our needs while traveling with a toddler and when our flight was unexpectedly delayed. The X5 was a great family car. It also made the morning commute easier by allowing me to drive in the HOV lane thanks to the EV tags. Don't bother looking for another luxury SUV for your vacation or business trip -- just book this one!
