Our Host was fabulous! She made sure everything was as convenient as possible, Plus she helped me with my Spanish. I Appreciate all of her efforts and attention to detail. I will DEFINITELY book with her in the future. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience!

Quality seemed fine upon pick up, pick was smooth at airport, not my first time picking up at the airport . The host was fine until, the check engine light came on the same day , told me it was fine , that they already knew about it from before someone informed them . The rotors were also bad car shook when braking.
Said I was going over 85 miles , that was a lie maybe hit 80 on freeway but came down once I noticed . The car waisted gas , he stated how many miles I drove and for how long that’s why it’s running low on gas. So basically was monitoring me driving the whole time , i assume now because they were aware of the car not running right ,
The sensor is the reason why the gas was running out so fast . Who wants to drive a car that needs rotors

As clearly stated in our listing, the vehicle uses a GPS system solely for the safety of our guests and the car, not for surveillance. This tracking allowed us to immediately detect the engine sensor issue and monitor the safety speed alerts set up to protect you. While we fully met the requested delivery time, we were deeply concerned that you left the car without prior notice.
Great experience! The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly, was reliable, and made my trip stress-free. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy. I would definitely rent this car again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!
