Great rental, smooth ride and I loved the sound system. The truck just needed a nice wash but other than that I enjoyed the rental!

Not sure if vehicle was a great car. 1st it took 2 hours to locate car due to (airport unable to direct us) due to poor directions given. Ask for name of team for the floor it’s parked on. ( Chicago)
When we found the car it had an odor. Then we noticed an air pump in truck and upon inspection the back passenger tire had a nail in it. Host stopped communicating after I refused to take vehicle. We missed our lunch reservations and ended up taking a Uber.

Hi Latonya, our instructions to where the car was located was very detailed but it seemed like you missed one of our messages as you kept asking questions that had already been answered in our initial text. We also kept in touch even after you decided to end your trip early as we needed to know where the car was located / if it had been moved.
