Great host best car I’ve ever rented

We were flying into Chicago from Austin we had 9 hrs of delays due to weather. We had kept the host notified through Turo on our progress or lack of. Host/Cohost to keep them notified. Host notified us to let them know when we land and they will send the location of the vehicle. We notified them once we boarded and once we landed around 1 am I notified the host/co-host for the location of the vehicle and did not hear back. After an hour and a half of walking around in parking areas looking due to not knowing the location or which parking garage the vehicle was parked in by the host we called Turo. The directions that were left on Turo by the host were not even close to where the vehicle was. We had to pay an additional $67 for the parking garage (Which is the most expensive lot at the airport) then stop and fill the tank up at 2:30am in Chicago due to the fuel only being at 1/4 tank. So prior to even leaving Chicago we had to pay an additional $150 for the parking and fuel. The wiper blades are bad and need replacing. It was raining and very difficult to see on our 2.5 hr drive to our destination. The navigation on the infotainment system was not connecting or locating places. The remote only works sometimes, there were quite a few times we could not get into the vehicle due to the remote not working. Check engine light was on the entire time. We have used Turo in the past and not had issues like this. Nice vehicle but this was a very unprofessional way to leave this vehicle for consumer use.

Check engine light came on even before I started driving the car. Car was delivered with low gas which I I had to fill immediately before the trip. Otherwise car drove great! Communication was easy and pick up and drop off was seamless

Great vehicle. Host was great and very detailed. The only issues I had was low on gas when I picked the vehicle up, check engine light was on and check tire light was on when I picked the vehicle up
