Great and comfortable vehicle, pickup and drop off was great and the host was very easy to deal with.

The 2023 Suburban performed fine mechanically, had a little chirp noise from the belts at begging when I started it. I wanted to give honest feedback on the pickup condition. The truck was dirty, had a half tank, 148k miles, and the rear right tire is bald and needs replacing. I understand the previous renter returned at 9pm, but as a business with multiple vehicles, there should be a process to handle quick cleaning and fuel for next-day rentals. The lot was also very muddy and unprofessional.
You were informative and responsive, which I appreciate. But skipping basic prep hurts the guest experience and doesn’t justify the rate. Hope this helps improve for future renters.
I also feel that the picture use in the advertisement is misleading because when you see the truck with good looking background you get the first impression that you are getting a 2023 truck that looks according to the picture and that you are picking this up at luxurious place. This truck even leaks water from roof rear right roof rack. Like I mentioned a bald tire and all mismatch tires. Lots of dents. Lots of dog scratches and hair.
I could have cancel this trip but I needed the truck, I took an hour to clean it and took it the carwash before I could bring my wife kids to the trip. Money is not a problem for me, I paid almost $1,000 for this truck for 5 days. But I appreciate that the truck was available at the last minute. It competed my trip safely.

This vehicle was clean, freshly serviced, and good to rent. You are clicking every possible bad thing to drag me in my review. Not once did you mention anything to me. I wish I could post pre trip photos so people can see how much you are exaggerating.
Excellent host, very friendly, responsive and cooperative… car was really a buddy on our roadtrip and awesome.
