I originally reserved a economy car. Apparently there was an issue. They gave me a VW Tiguan for the same price. I'll rent again in November on the next business trip

We respectfully disagree with this review. Every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and photographed before and after each trip. In this case, the vehicle was returned with new damage to the rear bumper, including scratches and paint chips, and a reimbursement claim was submitted through Turo. The guest had declined Turo’s protection plan at the time of booking. We take pride in maintaining our vehicles to a high standard, which is reflected in our 4.9-star rating across more than 2,500 reviews.
