Poor Service! I landed in FLL and spoke with one of them stated clearly im flying out of PBI ( when i booked it) literally on check out when we were reminding them that im dropping off different area… they were RUDE about it.. literally a 30min drive difference. He wouldnt accommodate it and was extremely rude… his excuse is its like him picking up car in NY ( duhhhh) extremely disappointed… if u want a rude operators. Yes Book with them…. I always TURO and this guy is just ruthless.

The vehicle lacked maintenance, brakes were very worn, so much so I didn’t feel safe driving it and avoided it as much as possible.
One of the tires was at the wear bars and unsafe. Loud clunking from the front end.
I brought this up to the host and was asked to drive to them over an hour to swap cars. Not really what I want to do on a short vacation. So I just didn’t drive the car u til I had to return to the airport.

Car was easy to find in the airport parking lot. Very clean. Worked well for my family of 5 and all our suitcases. The lockbox key was easy to access. No complaints at all. Would rent again.

Murray vehicle easy pick up drop off would definitely rent again.
