I’m not one to leave a negative review, but I gave them multiple opportunities to make the situation right, but they refused to do so. All they would do is say, they “were sorry,” but didn’t feel the need to offer up any concessions for the inconvenience. The problem was that they sent the wrong car to the airport and when I noticed the license plate was different from the one in the picture that they sent me, they said we could bring the car to them or they could bring the other car to us. The issue was that their location was at least 15 minutes from the airport. We drove the car to them and after that, things were fine for the rest of the trip(that’s why I gave them 2 stars, rather than 1 star). Overall it probably cost us at least 45 minutes more than it would have if they wouldn’t have made that mistake. If you need to pick up your Turo from FLL airport, I would choose someone that isn’t located that far away.

Thanks for your feedback. you mentioned 45 minutes , but it was 15 min as it was mentioned before :) and on your route, with no impact on your trip. Given the car was well-maintained and your trip had no issues, a 2-star rating for a 15-minute inconvenience seems unreasonable.
We value our reputation and our guests and are always ready to address any inconvenience, but not when someone turns a minor issue into a drama in an attempt to get the biggest advantage from the situation.
