I will start off by saying that the 1st car i reserved had a problem and Joe came to me to let me know about the problem and he refused to put me in the car. Joe went out his way and called Turo and had them to cancel the original trip and reserved it to another vehicle and then brought the car to me i mean thats way and beyond and i really appreciate it. The vehicle its self was quiet no problem just loved it and that's why i will make another reservation with JCF, thank you for everything.

The car was great because the gas tank lasted the entire trip and I felt very safe in the car.
