I booked this specific car because it listed in its features that the car had
full self driving, connectivity, and free supercharging. Unfortunately, when I did confirm the booking all the features went away and they told me they cannot add them. Car has a weird smell coming from the cabin air. HOST was great and communicated well

This feedback is retaliatory and inaccurate. The guest was informed that Full Self-Driving and other options are paid upgrades, but they decided to move on with our standard set up. Additionally, the guest violated Turo's terms by smoking a prohibited substance inside the vehicle, creating the odor they are now attempting to blame on the vehicle's cabin air filter.
