I had a great experience renting this vehicle through Turo. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient, which made the entire trip stress-free.
The host was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the rental. They answered any questions promptly and made sure everything went seamlessly. I truly appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail.
I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend both the vehicle and host to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable Turo experience. Thank you for making my trip easy and enjoyable!

I chose this vehicle because it was priced as a budget option, and I understand older cars will naturally have cosmetic wear. However, this vehicle had condition issues that went beyond normal aging.
After driving it for one day, I discovered that the front tyres were worn to the point that the steel belts were visible. This raised serious safety concerns for me. The car also had multiple scratches and scrapes, a cracked tail light, a foggy headlight, a missing hubcap, squeaky doors, noticeable handling issues, and noises coming from the rear.
When I raised the tyre issue, the host initially offered to replace the tyres the following day but did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I was then offered other older vehicles, which I did not feel comfortable accepting given the maintenance concerns with this one. Newer vehicles were offered at a higher price, but no discount or adjustment was proposed to resolve the situation.
After deciding to end the trip due to safety concerns, no refund was offered directly, and I was asked to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas despite clearly stating I was no longer driving it because it was unsafe.
I understand budget rentals involve trade-offs, but basic safety standards should always be met. I would recommend that future renters carefully inspect the vehicle at pickup.
Hello Jason, thank you for your review. You spent almost an hour at our location because you didn’t have your driver’s license ready, yet claim you had no time to check the car. Interestingly, the vehicle was “in bad condition,” but you still drove nearly 200 miles before noticing. After 24 hours of use, we offered to replace all four tires with brand new ones. Unfortunately, using the car and then trying to avoid paying for gas, tolls, and miles is not how our business works. Thank you.
