Bad pickup location. Industrial area.
Car has undisclosed gps tracker or LoJack in it that drains battery. I had to jump off 3 times. Things happen, but support was terrible- both from
Host and customer support.
Turo support no help and wanted to charge 99 dollars for tow. Host suggested I did something incorrect. The last time battery died I had driven 30 minutes straight and came out from gas station to dead battery. Suggest host inspect and fix before renting again.
I am very sorry about that. To avoid refuling charges next time you can bring my car with 100% full gas. Gas is not included in the price of the car. Please put full tunk next time you return the vehicle after the trip! Have a wonderful weekend
