Terrible service. Gave me a car that had issues with tires and then stated another driver had it before me so that means it was never inspected. I would not book this. I gave the car back same day as they tried to say I went over a nail and I did not have the car for not even 2 hours.
Every vehicle is thoroughly inspected before each trip to ensure perfect operating condition. Unfortunately, within two hours, this guest punctured the tires, abandoned the car in an unauthorized zone, and left the lights on, draining the battery. The vehicle had to be towed. We always work in good faith and support our guests, but we also expect responsible driving. Our other reviews reflect our true standards.
