1 STAR, That’s to the host directly you lost 4 stars from me by thinking your bigger than the program. I am very respectful and do not like how I was spoken to with this host nothing further ‼️

I had an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience with this car and host. The vehicle was in terrible condition: it had a strong smoke smell, shook violently at 65 mph, and the check engine light came on during my drive.
Attempts to contact the host were largely unsuccessful, making communication nearly impossible. To make matters worse, a Turo representative instructed us to return the car to the pickup airport due to safety concerns. We drove two hours only to receive a very underwhelming response that no replacement cars were available. After spending an additional hour trying to resolve the situation, Turo finally provided a replacement car—but only with a significant delay.
This experience wasted an entire day of our trip, caused unnecessary stress, and was completely avoidable. I do not recommend this host or this vehicle, and I strongly urge Turo to review their quality checks and host accountability processes.
An informative message lit up on the car that you need to check the oil at the next replacement, the guest was driving 81 miles per hour, which violates the laws of safe driving in Florida, after that the car went on the next trip and received a review of 5 stars, the car of 2015, has a natural smell, there are no defects

I didn't mind the crack windshield but left taillight was out. And a very strong odor bothered me. Had to use a lot of air freshener and right upper tire needed some air. Had no choice but to just accept it.
