Picked the car up to replace the one I currently had. Host said he was going to clean car and it wasn’t cleaned. Interior was dirty, floor mats as well. I stopped to get the car washed. Waiting to receive payment back for it as well as having to pay a parking fee to drop the car off. Host was communicative but wouldn’t use again.

Aja, remember that you booked a 2015 vehicle for around $30/day, and we upgraded you to a 2021 vehicle worth around $50/day at no additional cost. Due to the short notice, we couldn’t prepare it as thoroughly as usual. Your parking has already been reimbursed.
