Car quality was HORRIBLE! We’d like a partial refund. When we picked up the car, the person who gave it to us told us that it’s not a fast car. My friends and I on the trip interpreted as it’s not a sports car/ doesn’t drive fast. What he ACTUALLY meant, however, is that it doesn’t drive the same speed as a NORMAL car. The car would not accelerate as it should, it would misfire and jerk when we tried to hit the gas. Then, we found baby roaches in the car. Someone else also pointed it out when they got in the car. All in all, this experience is not one we were hoping for, especially for a girls trip.
Hi Dierra, Sorry for the experience you had with this car. This was the first time we had this type of complaint with this car and to the roaches, we never had anyone complain about roaches on this car. Because of your complaint we’ve snooze the car and sent it to our mechanic to see what’s wrong with the car and also after, it will be fumigated. As you’re told, this car is not a fast moving vehicle like our Camrys because , our younger guests
prefer them, that’s why you were told this. Thanks
