The car quality was good. The host was not helpful in trying to locate the car. It was very difficult to locate the car, which is why I’m giving it this review the rental itself and the car itself has when I got it a crack on the windshield multiple dents I made sure I documented everything when I got the car originally the car itself is good on gas, but the person renting the car did not answer when I needed help as far as the phone call, they just kept messaging me and I was lost so it was not helpful at all. I really wish that they would be mindful of this and I have a better experience with Turo next time because this is unacceptable..
