Very disappointing experience. We originally booked a Chevrolet Equinox, but were given a Chevrolet Trax, which is not even a vehicle listed on the owners profile, because the owner stated that something had happened with the original vehicle. We were notified about getting the replacement vehicle after our scheduled 12:00 a.m. pickup time and did not receive the car until after 12:30 a.m because she wasn’t responding to our messages. The replacement vehicle was also not clean, the steering wheel shook every time we braked, and the tire pressure monitor/service light and low tire pressure warning stayed on the entire trip. I had to manually check the tires to make sure there wasn’t a problem at almost 1:00 in the morning to make sure the tires weren’t losing air. Overall, the late pickup, lack of communication, last minute vehicle substitution, and safety concerns made this a very poor experience. I would not book with this host again.

The car unfortunately was dirty inside and out. No oil in the car. Squeaky breaks. The host is very polite but the response time was hours later. The pick up location is great- safe.
