As a Turo host myself, I understand how the process works, but unfortunately, this experience wasn’t the best. The outside of the car was visibly dirty at pickup, the vehicle was due for service, and it seemed to lag a little while driving. I also had an issue with the host saying my verification photos didn’t match, even though I had followed the requested process. I did refill the gas, but the drive to the airport used a small amount, and I was still charged for gas plus a refueling fee and other fees. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected better.

Thank you for your feedback. I respectfully disagree with several points. The vehicle was clean and fully operational at pickup. I believe this review may be related to the fuel charge: I provided the car with a full tank of premium fuel, but it was returned with about one-third missing, which could not reasonably have been used on the drive to the airport.
