Car charging ports didn’t work, breaks had a very loud scratching noise. Also, the car reeked of smoke during pickup. I was Informed a team member would reach out to me regarding the charging as I told I was on vacation and needed gps and was completely stuck. I had to go inside of a mall to charge my phone to get to Airbnb. Was not satisfied with my experience at all. No one ever reached out the next message I received was my trip is ending.
