Tiana was great. The car worked for our family of 6, but we couldn’t adjust the angle of the left side of the 3rd row. It was fine though.

SUV had plenty of space for my family of 5. Tiana was very quick to respond and provided great explanation of where to pick up and drop off. Had one minor issue and Tatiana was happy to offer refund. We did not cancel and had no other issues with the SUV.
