This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I rented David’s Subaru Forester for a business trip, and the car was fantastic—clean, well‑maintained, and extremely smooth to drive. My pickup and drop‑off location were the same, and David personally delivered and picked up the vehicle, which made everything so convenient.
Since it was my first time using the app, I made a couple of mistakes with my reservation, but David was incredibly patient. He guided me through canceling and rebooking the right way and never made me feel rushed. Throughout my trip he checked in just to make sure everything was going well, and even gave me helpful tips for returning the car. I kept him updated on my ETA even though I didn’t have to, and he still responded with kindness and clarity.
For this to be my first Turo experience, it truly couldn’t have gone better. I can’t wait to use Turo again—and I definitely plan to book with David whenever I can.
