a beautiful and comfortable vehicle

The car was OK. The quality could’ve been better. Communication was good.
The guest caused significant damage to my BMW X5. Instead of having the vehicle properly repaired, they attempted to fix it using inexpensive materials and low-quality workmanship. The repair was done very poorly, with severe paint mismatch and obvious cosmetic defects.

Everything was good for the most part and the host had communicated quickly to my questions. However, I think the interior of the BMW could have used a deep clean.
