Dropping off and picking up was quick. I just dont know why its saying I have to pay for the car when it comes out of the lot after drop off

The pick-up and drop-off were fine, However the hood seemed slightly loose and rattled at 50-55 mph. Natalie was notified.

Fantastic experience. Natalie dropped the car off and picked it up right outside the cruise terminal. She left the keys in it and we did the same at the end of the day so it worked perfectly with our schedule on our time. Excellent value and service and the car was perfect for our family of four for the day.
