🚨 BEWARE — ROACH-INFESTED CAR.
Absolutely unacceptable. The host acted like he had no idea, and with limited options on the Big Island, we were stuck. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

🪲 Hi Michelle, I take cleanliness seriously. When you raised a concern during your trip, I asked when you saw it and requested a photo, but you declined to send one. The photo uploaded to your checkout trip photos shows a single, tiny (~1-2 mm), round, dark beetle-not a roach or an infestation. Outdoor bugs can fly in when doors open in Hawaii. The Jeep was fully sanitized and inspected before your trip with zero pests, as my other reviews reflect. 🪲
