The car quality was excellent. We really love the fact that they gave us an option to pick up the car closer to the cruise dock. All messaging with the host was fabulous. We highly recommend this host.

Everything was great. Was coming to Hilo on a cruise ship that had the itinerary changed several times due to a hurricane. Hosts were very accommodating. Car was perfect.
