Great experience all around! Host is super responsive and thorough! Even when I couldnt figure out how to unlock the car with the keypad, they assisted immediately! Super friendly and even offered some sightseeing options (which I couldnt do this trip though) 1st time using Turo and 1st time driving a Jeep, which Ive always wanted to do -- will definitely rent w/them again! Thank you!

Fantastic Jeep for Big Island. Dustin was also super helpful when our departing flight was delayed and we needed to extend our rental. Highly recommend.

Pick up and drop off was super easy! I received very clear instructions. Car was in great condition. Host was super awesome, giving us all kinds of recommendations for our trip. Will go with them everytime we come to Hilo!
