The jeep was wonderful, no issues there. We reserved the jeep for 8:30 - 5:00. Linda wanted to change our pickup arrangements and time, asking us to Uber for her convenience. She did end up getting us the vehicle on time and at the right place. However, she was not at the pickup at the appointed time which had been confirmed earlier in the day. We had left 30 minutes to board our ship, so waiting on her for an unclear amount of time - it ended up being 15 minutes- was worrisome because we didn’t want to miss our ship. I felt like she should have honored the times we reserved the vehicle without the hassle.

Renting the 4-wheel-drive hybrid Jeep was a game-changer for our Big Island trip. Navigating Mauna Kea's rugged terrain and discovering secluded off-road beaches became effortless, thanks to this versatile vehicle. The hybrid feature was a lifesaver, significantly cutting down on fuel costs while exploring the island's diverse landscapes. Despite a local's warning about tourist cars, we felt secure knowing we could cruise comfortably at the speed limit and enjoy the Jeep's retractable roof for scenic drives and mesmerizing star-gazing nights.

The Jeep itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering us a comfortable ride throughout our journey. Although we encountered a few unexpected guests in the form of cockroaches, the owner, Linda, was quick to respond and committed to resolving the issue for future renters by arranging professional pest control. Linda's friendly demeanor and local insights enhanced our experience, providing invaluable tips on shopping and hidden gems to explore.
