I am writing my review to express my displeasure of my recent rental. When I picked the car up, I was unable to move the seat forward to accommodate me(I am 5 ft 2 inches). Fortunately my husband was approved as an alternate driver. When this occurred, your agent told me He had no alternative car to offer me. After the pickup we noticed a few display warnings on the dash. 1) low tire air pressure 2) oil change was required immediately. We later noticed rear taillight out as well as driver front headlight out.
If this is normal service from Turo, I don’t think I will use your service again.

Hello Tracey , sorry you felt that way , this is a brand new vehicle , and it’s built this way from the factory it’s not in our hands , we did a investigation on the vehicle there’s was a nail in the tire after you returned from your trip , that can happen at any point we arnt to blame for this , third of all it didn’t say oil change right away you mentioned to me it’s due soon, that’s not something that would affect your driving.
