I had a great experience renting from Ricardo on Turo. Even though the original Camry I booked wasn’t available, he handled it professionally and upgraded me into a Honda CR-V at no extra hassle. Honestly, it worked out better—the SUV was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what I needed.
Ricardo was super responsive the whole time and answered every question I had quickly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Pickup and drop-off were simple and well organized, no confusion or wasted time.
You can tell he actually cares about making sure renters have a good experience, not just handing over the keys. I’d definitely rent from him again without hesitation.
