The host was great. The car and pick up location, however, were not.
I feel like this is a very shocking/confusing rating and doesn’t represent my business at all. The individual ratings you left were cleanliness (5) maintenance (4) accuracy (4) convenience (1) communication (5). To me that does not equate to an overall 2 star review and the location of the vehicle is shown through Turo. I’m glad you went out of your way for my vehicle but if convenience is an issue I would highly suggest to find closer options! Regardless thank you for renting with us :)

This was my first time using this service, and the host made the experience so easy! He were extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The vehicle was exactly as described, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I truly appreciated how available and accommodating the host was. I would definitely book with them again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
