Super easy to pick up even I added a bunch of customized request. Very responsive to any questions I have. Prepared all the adaptors I would possibly need for charging and made my whole trip in the rural area so easy. FSD is of course perfect and the car is at its prime condition. 10/10 experience will turo from them again!

The host was late to deliver the car, with only a 57% charge and the car was not cleaned before they droppedit off.
This caused me to run late for my meeting and I had to stop to get a full charge.

We believe this review was submitted in retaliation after we documented curb rash damage and unauthorized Full Self-Driving (FSD) usage without payment. The vehicle was delivered clean and in good condition, with only a 25-minute delay due to the previous guest returning it with a very low battery. We always strive to provide excellent service and accurate information to our guests.
