Be aware that the host locks the car remotely if it is parked in a public place
We were locked out of the car for over an hour with kids.

Thank you for the feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We received a security alert and locked the car, unaware the keys were inside. We immediately sent an unlock command upon your request. However, because the doors were not opened right away, the vehicle's automated security system relocked itself. When you returned an hour later, our response was delayed for roughly 30minutes as we were away from the phone. We regret the frustration this caused.
