It was a great car to drive for my family gathering in Colorado. My kids and I were very comfortable the whole ride up. Very safe car. The host was great to communicate with and even after a small hiccup along the road the host was very respectful and understanding check in and check out was very smooth.

The car was good, but it smelled so strongly of Pinesol. I appreciate them letting me use the car, but its easier to just rent from a large Car rental company. Probably wont use Turo again.

We were locked out of the car for over an hour with kids.

Thank you for the feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We received a security alert and locked the car, unaware the keys were inside. We immediately sent an unlock command upon your request. However, because the doors were not opened right away, the vehicle's automated security system relocked itself. When you returned an hour later, our response was delayed for roughly 30minutes as we were away from the phone. We regret the frustration this caused.
