The hosts were pleasant and helpful. I had a little trouble with the lockbox but they responded quickly. The trip was smooth, there were just a couple minor issues with the car. The check engine light did come on at one point. The rear window wiper kept malfunctioning and it was distracting. When you open the door on the passenger side, the door handle gets stuck. So when you get into the car, you have to fix the handle from the outside or else the door won’t close. Lastly, when you open the car doors, you must start the car immediately or the alarm will set off. Minor inconveniences but nothing that was too alarming, other than the check engine light, which eventually went off before the trip ended. The car was spacious, comfortable and clean. I would recommend renting from them once those issues are resolved!
