An absolute pleasure dealing with Guang and having this car on our trip. The car was in perfect condition, clean, and exactly as the pictures showed. With 2 little kids under 3 being able to have those car seats in there already was a game changer and our trip was comfortable the whole time.
Guang was always prompt in responding and very easy to deal with, the pick up and drop off was simple and easy.

Host was great car was also in good shape only constructive critique is I would suggest upgrading the kids seat. It’s pretty flimsy even when properly secured. Other than that great host and ride.

The host did not meet me with the car at the terminal as expected. I was charged a $50 delivery fee and I had to go to the parking lot to pick-up the car. The tires had a pressure problem, and the right front tire had a dangerous bubble in the sidewall.
