FAQs
Can I keep the car longer than my set reservation time?
Yes, as long as the car has no future bookings, you can modify the trip in the app to extend your trip. There may be additional charges based on your booking time.
Can I pickup/return the car out of business time?
Our business time is 9:00AM-10:00PM. For pick up/return at EWR airport out of our business time, the car will be parked at the airport parking. Parking costs will be charged to guests. Please text me for details.
What will happen if I bring the car later than my end time?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle. After that we follow Turo's Policies regarding the additional usage, the longer it takes for the vehicle to be brought back the charge increases. Guest have 5 hours to extend after their trip ends to avoid penalties.
Do you have EZPASS in the cars?
Yes. I will send the invoice for tolls after your trips. All tickets during the trip will also be sent through the APP.

Solid car and great value. It was unfortunate that a previous guest had smoked in it, though the owner was quite gracious. Make sure you check out any dents or chips on the windshield as those were present but otherwise way nicer than any car you would get at a rental.
