The vehicle worked well for us. When we rented it it had 164k miles and we experienced a real world highway range of about 180 miles

Communication before and during the rental process was excellent. Unfortunately, even with that the car was not ready for me and I ran into issues. When I picked up the car, one of the cameras was not working so all cruise control and safety features of the car are disabled as a result. This should have bene known and communicated prior to the car being dropped off. I also had requested a j1772 adapter be included with the rental and it was not. Also during the trip for a bit the windshield wipers stopped working. As a compensation for the issues, the provide did cover all supercharger costs and they were communicative during the whole process but the car I paid 15 days for was not was I received and the minor supercharger costs does not make up for the missing safety and driving features. Also worth noting for future renters with this particular car, the suspension has the typical Tesla "creaking" noise over bumps and things. This is actually pretty common, but if you are not familiar with Teslas in general, it can sound like something is wrong.
