Car was semi clean. Items under the seats and a bit dirty. Also arrived 5 mins late with the car. And not here on time to pick up the car. Friendly though.

Very disappointed with this review considering the car had been washed inside and out prior to this rental. Also the communication with this guest was far from favorable as I tried several times to contact him prior to the pick up time and did not get a response until 10 minutes prior to check in license was complete. Lastly after the car was dropped off, there was a smokey smell that I had to treat as well as the inconvenience of me having to refuel. Even so, I gave him a good rating.
Great Car, gas saver, would definitely rent again.
