Great experience overall. I booked this Volkswagen pretty last minute, and the host was extremely responsive and had everything ready to go without any issues. The car itself was in great condition, clean, drove smoothly, and made for a really enjoyable ride. Communication throughout the trip was excellent. Would definitely rent from them again!

The car was nice. I had a flat tire and tried contacting the host several times via text and message and got no response. I was wary about driving on the donut for the next 4 days but wasn’t provided another option. I also clicked the link to return at the airport via Turo app and it sent me to the wrong return garage and caused me to be late. I would recommend the car but some things surrounding the rental should be responded to and updated.
