This was the most horrible experience !! My daughter prom was ruined the car was overheating and they wouldnt come bring a new vehicle wanted me to pay for a whole new trip in so upset I can’t believe Turo allows the vehicle to be given out this is horrible and unacceptable!!! and Turo didn’t even care when I called wouldn’t even issue a custody credit for the nightmare today !! I’m so hurt my daughter is hurt this horrible
