The car was clean and ran great. However, they were 45 min late to bring me the vehicle and didnt notify me. When I messaged for an ETA (via the app), they didnt respond. But when I called they answered quickly, contacted the driver for an update, and said they were "a few mins" away.
I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM. The person I spoke with and the person that dropped off the car were both kind and personable. But I suggest planning extra time around your rental start time.
