We had a great experience renting from Brian. I paid extra for drop-off and pick-up, and it was absolutely worth it — the convenience made everything so much easier for my family and me. Brian was prompt with delivery and very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries, which I truly appreciated.
The car itself was great on gas, safe, and smooth to drive. It served us very well throughout our trip.
My only minor concern was that the passenger and backseat seatbelts locked quite easily, even without much movement. As someone with claustrophobia, that was a bit unsettling at times. However, aside from that, the vehicle was amazing overall and we were very pleased with the rental experience.
Because of the overall quality, convenience, and service, I wouldn’t deduct any stars. I would definitely recommend booking with Brian!
