Everything was excellent

Showed up TWO HOURS late. Ghosted me for 1.5 of those hours. One of the Co-Hosts brought me the car and said they couldn’t get in contact with the host. When I had finally gotten the car I’d missed my meeting and the AC didn’t work.. I returned the car with customer service and just Ubered the rest of the time. Terrible experience.
