El vehículo no se encontraba en condiciones para ser utilizado. Fallo de la batería al momento de recibirlo, aunque el anfitrión fue muy atento y mandó a alguien para pasarle corriente el vehículo volvió a fallar en la noche, el anfitrión quería que yo cancelara el viaje, tuve que pedir ayuda al soporte de Turo.
Me quedé sin auto y sin dinero para hacer otra reservación pues mi devolución tardará hasta 10 días.

This review is completely unfair. I did my absolute best to help this guest. I’m here to make sure all of my guests have the best experience possible however it’s impossible for me to predict when a battery is going to fail. I helped the customer to the best of my abilities however, being so late in the night no battery store was open. I offered a replacement battery but he said no unfortunately I can’t control the policies Turo has in place. i’m here to help to help all my guests have success.
