I tried this company for the first time, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. It took me almost 2 hours to locate the vehicle, and then an additional 45 minutes just to unlock the lock pad. During this entire process, there was little to no assistance provided, even after I explained that I had a baby with me.
In addition, I specifically requested a car seat, but there was no car seat in the vehicle upon pickup. This caused even more inconvenience and stress. Overall, the experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and lacked the customer support I expected.

Great communication! I needed a car at the last minute, and they responded quickly and helped with every question I had. The car was clean, drove perfectly, and made the whole experience stress free. I will definitely be renting from them again!
