Absolutely outstanding experience. The car was impeccable—easily one of the best vehicles I’ve ever driven. Clean, smooth, and clearly very well maintained.
What really set this rental apart, though, was the host’s flexibility and professionalism. I had a last-minute situation with dialysis in Key West, and they were incredibly understanding—graciously allowing me to return the car later than scheduled without any hassle. That level of accommodation, especially on short notice, is rare and deeply appreciated.
From start to finish, everything was seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—this was a 6-star experience all the way. Highly recommend, and I would absolutely rent from them again.
