The worst experience ever. Even with a reservation number, host had no record of the reservation, even hung up on me when trying to resolve the issue. Rental car companies were sold out, had to Uber to our destination causing undue hardship for our Miami trip. Fair to say will never use this service again. As always buyer be ware.
