Once upon a time I worked in the hospitality industry at a five-star hotel and resort. I learned in that time that the only thing that's more important than the aesthetic aspect is the service itself.
The way that Bryan approached the entire process had service in front of mind.
He anticipated needs. He offered additional adventure opportunities, which in the future I will have to take him up on when my itinerary is not so tight.
Of course the instructions and location of the vehicle were easy to follow. The instructions to return the vehicle were seamless and this is one of the most high-quality rental experiences I've had.
Absolutely would recommend. Next time I am in the Salt Lake Valley, I am looking for Bryan first

My first Turo experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Bryan and Jamie were wonderful, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. What really drew me to their listing was that I could bring my two dogs along for the ride, and I loved supporting a veteran-owned business. The Jeep was perfect! I would absolutely rent from them again!
